What is an HR Health Check?

An HR Health Check is an assessment of your organisation to see if it is managing its HR issues, following good HR practice and keeping within the law.

What does an HR Health Check involve?

A meeting with someone in your organisation, usually the HR Manager, Office Manager, Finance Director who answers a series of questions covering the full range of HR areas – including:

  • Policies and Procedures
  • Recruitment, Selection & Induction
  • Salary and Benefits
  • Performance Management
  • Learning & Development
  • HR Administration and Payroll
  • HR strategy

A follow-up meeting to discuss the findings

A report focusing on key findings and recommendations


What does it cost?

The HR Healthcheck has a fixed price of only £495 + VAT which includes the two visits and the report.
